For the first time, AMU has conducted admission test for MBBS/BDS at Srinagar in Jammu and Kashmir where 94.6 percent candidates appeared in the test.

The Vice Chancellor of Aligarh Muslim University, Prof. P. K. Abdul Azis along with senior University officials visited more than one dozen test centres in Aligarh.

AMU had deputed senior faculty members as observers to supervise the smooth conduct of the AMU Entrance Exam MBBS || BDS AMU Entrance Exam AMU admission test at various centres.

The University administration also provided accommodation to the candidates and their parents at the University premises. Special help camps were organized by National Service Scheme (NSS) and other organizations including IV Grade employees Union and Technical Staff Association to provide guidance and cold Drinking water on the hot day.

The parents of the candidates appreciated the efforts of the University to provide various facilities including cold water and shelter for them during the test. These parents considered the AMU test as a model for other institutions of higher learning.

The District Administration also provided all necessary assistance including traffic policing to conduct the test.
