ALIGARH, July 26: Dr. Prabhat Kumar, Professor and former Chairman, Department of Electrical Engineering, Z.H. College of Engineering & Technology, Aligarh Muslim University has been elected as a member of National Executive of Systems Society of India for a period of two years.

He secured overwhelming votes (80%) on national level. He is also a Fellow of Systems Society of India and has been awarded R.K. Varshney Gold Medal award in 2009 for his outstanding contribution to Systems Theory & Application. Dr. Prabhat Kumar is the President of the Aligarh Chapter of Systems Society of India.
