ALIGARH July 10: Prof. Mohammad Shabbir, Dean, Faculty of Law, being the senior most Dean amongst the member of the Executive Council in the category of Deans of Faculties, shall discharge the routine duties of the Vice Chancellor of the Aligarh Muslim University during the absence of Prof. P. K. Abdul Azis.

The Vice Chancellor, Prof. P. K. Abdul Azis will remain out of station from the afternoon of July 9 to July 12, 2011 to have a visit to Kishanganj (Bihar) to inspect the site identified by the State Government for establishing the proposed AMU Centre in Kishanganj.

Prof. Mohammad Shabbir is also the Member-in-Charge of Dr. Ambedkar Chair of Legal Studies and Research.
